Karthik is a Bengaluru-based real estate professional and entrepreneur whose career spans manufacturing, hospitality and real estate. A Mechanical Engineering graduate, Karthik began his professional journey in the automotive industry, working with a leading Tier-1 OEM supplier to Bharat Benz and Daimler AG. In 2015, he pursued his entrepreneurial ambitions by founding Papanna's Biryani, successfully expanding the brand across multiple locations in Bengaluru. Since entering the real estate industry in 2021, Karthik has built a reputation for his straightforward approach, strong communication and commitment to creating win-win outcomes for both buyers and sellers. His transparent and professional work ethic has helped him build lasting relationships founded on trust and credibility. Karthik firmly believes that "real estate cannot be sold—it has to be bought".
