Karthik is a Bengaluru-based real estate professional and entrepreneur whose career spans manufacturing, hospitality, and real estate. A Mechanical Engineering graduate, Karthik began his professional journey in the automotive industry, working with a leading Tier-1 OEM supplier to Bharat Benz and Daimler AG. In 2015, he pursued his entrepreneurial ambitions by founding Papanna's Biryani, successfully expanding the brand across multiple locations in Bengaluru. Since entering the real estate industry in 2021, Karthik has built a reputation for his straightforward approach, strong communication and commitment to creating win-win outcomes for both buyers and sellers. His transparent and professional work ethic has helped him build lasting relationships founded on trust and credibility. Karthik firmly believes that real estate cannot be sold—it has to be bought. His focus is on empowering clients with the right information, insights, and guidance, enabling them to make confident and informed property decisions. Avinash comes with extensive leadership and industry experience, having previously served as Project Head and General Manager for South India during his tenure with Shirke. With roots in the construction industry and as Director of Auram Estates, he brings strong expertise across development and investments. Today, he focuses on investment-led opportunities particularly farmland and high-potential growth segments. His strong professional network and deep market understanding help clients identify opportunities with long-term value. Known for his warm personality and cheerful nature, Avinash believes real estate should be both rewarding and enjoyable.
